Urban planning and development are multi-sectoral activities that involve all aspects of society. Physical structure, economy, social and environmental issues are obviously included. Equally important are the planning and implementation processes.
Planning concepts, policy reforms, transfer of knowledge, public participation and stakeholder involvement are fundamental for urban development. Our assignments cover institutional development, capacity building and training. We also carry out specific and separate training programmes, workshops, seminars and conferences.
We aim at a holistic and integrated approach encompassing the urban structure, sustainable urban development and the planning and implementation processes.
The assignments are mostly international based on cooperation with international development agencies.
